Help Desk Analyst
Our Help Desk Analysts efficiently handle incoming IT related support issues via email and phone. These individuals have knowledge of Windows XP Installation & troubleshooting, networking (WIFI/LAN), PC hardware & troubleshooting. This position is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with the technical knowledge to diagnose and fix general PC issues and possess drive, determination and a desire to learn the IT business from the ground up. Successful Help Desk Analysts will have exceptional customer service, excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage tasks efficiently and excellent problem solving ability. One to two years of help desk support experience is preferred.
Document Management
Precision's Document Management Representatives create a "paperless environment" by completing the preparation of medical payment and charge documentation to be scanned into our system, scanning of all documents, quality control and archiving documentation after imaging. Representatives must work closely with Medical Billers to achieve accurate resolution to billing issues in a timely manner. This is tedious work that requires great attention to detail, experience with data entry, excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidates must be highly proficient with computer, scanner, printer and other office equipment necessary to the position. Must have past relevant experience and as a minimum, a high school diploma.
Client Representative
Client Representatives demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of the accounts receivable cycle and medical billing and collections policies and procedures. Previous knowledge of medical and insurance terminology, preferably multispecialty, is greatly beneficial. Each representative follows protocol to ensure appropriate billing and payment cycles and accurate and timely billing in accordance with established internal and carrier requirements. This requires one to maintain appropriate internal controls over accounts receivables/cash receipts, and monitors charge posting, billing and collection operations for compliance with established policies, regulations, procedures and standards. They will review charge tickets and resolve problems concerning the recording or provision of services rendered which impact the ability to collect payments and/or the willingness of patients to pay as required. Client Representatives confer with our clients on a daily basis regarding delinquent accounts, special adjustments and/or write-offs.
Our top CR's strive to provide superior customer service, are focused on accuracy and have the ability to organize and prioritize work assignments in an efficient manner. Strong computer skills, verbal and written communication are a must. CR's must be able to work both independently and as a team with professionalism and integrity. Must have a minimum six month experience in medical billing or other relevant field.
