Office Note - Encite screens can be fully customized to meet your practice and each physician's needs. Data is entered with a combination of free typing, check boxes, easy to learn templates or voice recognition software (each customizable).

Surgery/OR Op Note - Encite provides specific templates (eg. procedure templates) which remain customizable to the surgeon.  Each physician's unique vocabulary and specific terminology are included within the Encite software, including many custom templates for history of present illness, complaints, review of systems, medication e-prescribing and CPT coding.

Voice Recognition Generated Note - The development of advanced speech recognition systems is rapidly changing "best practices" in healthcare record keeping. Encite's already design-specific medical software has adopted existing speech recognition software for practical use in a medical practice environment. Physicians now are able to create a fully computerized patient note by simple and direct dictation right into the Encite system for seamless entry into a patient's chart.

Superbill Auto Download - The ability to document an encounter quickly and easily is the most desirable feature in an EMR.  The encounter form in our system provides easy-to-use screens at time of visit for data input.  Data can be typed manually, selected from pre-defined lists or menus or entered through voice or handwriting recognition technologies.  Most of the fields expand as more data is added.  Encounters follow CMS guidelines for documentation. Superbills are generated individually at the time of visit.  Users have the option to release charges or hold charges that may later be released to the billing software.  A copy of each superbill is automatically placed in the document folder of the patient's chart for future reference.
