"Illinois Oncology is a large 3 location, 4 physician oncology practice that has been supported by Precision as we have been working to migrate from our base Medical Manager system to a full electronic health records system. Precision provides help-desk billing support and clearinghouse troubleshooting for our in-house billing staff, working well with our office on all those matters. They also provide us reliable software, network and tech support for our PCs and printers - and we recently completed moving our practice to Precision's ECM clinical software. We were especially impressed with how ECM helped us effectively note and track the formulation and dispensing of oncology medications administered to patients - the new system is far superior to the manual system that we previously used. We also now manage all of our lab work electronically - that is really a big timesaver for us.."
